ARK Courts Inc. reserves the right to manage its facilities, services, bookings, memberships, and programs to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

All guests are expected to comply with our policies, facility rules, and reasonable instructions from ARK Courts personnel.

• All court reservations are subject to availability and successful payment.
• Bookings are valid only for the confirmed date, time, and duration.
• Guests are encouraged to arrive before their scheduled booking.
• Late arrivals will not extend the reserved playing time.
• Court extensions are subject to availability and applicable charges.

All confirmed bookings, memberships, event registrations, and program fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, unused booking time, or changes in personal plans.

Merchandise returns and exchanges are subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

All confirmed bookings are final. Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and unused booking time are not eligible for refunds, credits, rescheduling, or extensions, except as required by law.

Bookings remain valid during rainy weather as long as ARK Courts remain operational.

Should ARK Courts need to cancel or adjust bookings due to operational, safety, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, affected guests will be notified and offered applicable rescheduling, credit, or refund options.

ARK Courts may refuse entry, cancel bookings, or terminate access due to misconduct, unsafe behavior, fraud, or violations of venue policies.

Court bookings and other services are confirmed electronically upon successful payment.

Booking confirmations will contain the relevant reservation details. Guests who experience payment deductions without receiving confirmation should contact ARK Courts before attempting another transaction.

Memberships, events, and programs are fulfilled according to the schedules and inclusions provided at purchase.

Merchandise pickup or delivery arrangements, where applicable, will be communicated upon purchase.

All guests are expected to respect the courts, facilities, staff, and fellow players.

The following venue rules apply:

• Proper athletic or court footwear is required.
• Food is prohibited within the playing areas.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
• Guests must observe their confirmed booking schedules.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Damage resulting from misuse or negligence may be charged to the responsible guest, subject to applicable law.
• Commercial activities, coaching, filming, and private events require prior approval.

For private events, only approved freestanding decorations are permitted. Tape, adhesives, nails, or decorations attached to walls, courts, furniture, and fixtures are strictly prohibited.

ARK Courts reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate play for unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.

Participation in pickleball and other physical activities involves inherent risks.

Guests are responsible for assessing their physical readiness before participating and must immediately report injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions to ARK Courts personnel.

ARK Courts shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss arising solely from risks inherent in participation or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where liability arises under applicable law.

ARK Courts Inc. respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, booking information, and transaction details for processing reservations, managing payments, providing customer support, improving our services, and complying with legal requirements.

Your information is handled securely and shared only with authorized service providers when necessary. We do not sell your personal information.

You may exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act by contacting ARK Courts through our official communication channels.

ARK Courts reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Changes will be published through our official website or communication channels.

Updates will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing contractual rights.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
