All confirmed bookings, reservations, memberships, event registrations, and program fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, unused booking time, or changes in personal plans.

If ARK Courts cancels a confirmed booking, affected guests may be offered rescheduling, booking credit, or a refund, as applicable.

All confirmed bookings are final. Cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, and unused booking time are not eligible for refunds, credits, rescheduling, or extensions, except as required by law.

Bookings remain valid during rainy weather as long as ARK Courts remain operational.

Should ARK Courts need to cancel or adjust bookings due to operational, safety, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, affected guests will be notified and offered applicable rescheduling, credit, or refund options.

Court bookings and other services are confirmed electronically after successful booking and payment.

Your confirmation will contain the relevant booking details. If payment is deducted but you do not receive confirmation, please contact ARK Courts before attempting another payment.

Memberships, programs, events, and other services are fulfilled according to the schedule and inclusions provided at the time of purchase.

Merchandise pickup or delivery arrangements, when applicable, will be communicated upon purchase.
